We are a team of fully qualified and accredited therapists here to offer Counselling and Psychotherapy services to individual clients, couples, family and non-family groups, adolescents and children. We provide expert support for Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Addiction recovery, Chronic Illness & Pain, Depression, Domestic Abuse, Eating Disorders, Family Difficulties, suicide ideation and self harm, Grief, Relationships, Stress, Support through Menopause & Perimenopause, Teens and Workplace Issues. Some individuals don’t feel like they have a specific issue but feel unable to cope with a feeling of overwhelm. We are here to help build awareness and healthy coping skills in order to make each day a better day.
