Adrian Rus - Director of Product Development - Mastercard

Adrian is one of the Directors of Product Development in the Cyber and Intelligence program, where he has been leading critical initiatives within the Payments Authentication space, partnering with various development teams to deliver value to our customers and push for innovation.

Adrian comes from a professional services and retail background, and he is always championing for the end user, ensuring that their journeys are simple, straightforward, and seamless.

Adrian has been with Mastercard since 2020 and he holds a BSc. in Business, a Higher Diploma in Cloud Computing, and a Postgrad Certificate in Cybersecurity.

Stephen Elder - Vice President Mastercard Labs Research and Development- MastercardStephen has over 25 years’ experience in

Software Engineering and User Experience. He is one of the founder members of Mastercard Labs R&D, now known as Foundry R&D, and is currently focused on leading Foundry Discovery, exploring how new and emerging
technologies will shape the future of commerce.

Prior to joining Mastercard, he spent 10 years at fintech startup, Orbiscom, which was acquired by Mastercard in 2009. Stephen holds a BSc in Computer Science from
Queens University Belfast and recently attained his first degree black belt in ITF Taekwondo.
