Speaker Announcement: Felipe Muñoz Swappsi

Felipe Muñoz is a skilled strategist with a diverse background in digital transformation, civic engagement, and partnership development across sectors. His work has taken him from Argentina to Spain and Ireland, where he has implemented innovative digital solutions for government, civic tech organisations, and private enterprises.

With a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires, Felipe began his career managing projects like DemocracyOS, an open-source software designed to support digital civic participation, and as a cofounder of Partido de la Red (The Net Party), one of the world’s first political parties focused on direct digital democracy. He has since expanded his expertise to include growth strategy, B2B partnerships, and digital advisory work.

Now serving as Head of Growth at Swappsi Software, Felipe focuses on expanding business reach and developing solutions that blend GovTech, sustainability, and blockchain.
